You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. Rates depend on your mobile carrier and plan. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Carriers, including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

We understand plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling (858) 829-9897 or managing your booking online. This lets us offer the time to another client. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or SMS program after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
